Wegan

A vegan diet that completely eliminates meat, fish, seafood and animal products such as dairy or eggs. The abundance of vegetables and fruits present on your table every day. Contains micro- and macronutrients necessary to meet your nutritional needs.
Gluten Free

Prepared for people who want to eliminate gluten from their diet. A diet rich in gluten-free grains, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and seafood. The best solution for people with hypersensitivity or intolerance to gluten.
Sport

Targeted at people actively practising sports, whose demand for proteins, carbohydrates and fats is much higher than in the case of a standard diet. The menu includes plant products, dairy products, eggs, various types of meat and sea fish.

Low Carb

We present you a low carbohydrate diet. Based on the reduced amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins become the main source of energy in your meals. It is perfect for people who expect quick effects in the form of weight loss. This model of nutrition will suit people who do not like bread, groats or pasta, but who appreciate the taste of meat, fish, eggs and the richness of vegetables. The diet consists of 4 meals a day.
The Low Carb Diet is rich in dairy, meat and fish, eggs, vegetables and fruit. We focus on healthy unsaturated fatty acids, as well as healthy sources of fats, i.e. vegetable oils, nuts, etc.
Low IG
(low glycemical index)

A diet suitable for people with sugar disorders, including insulin resistance and diabetes. It is also a proposal for those who want to reduce body weight and opt for healthy eating.
The diet is in line with the recommendations of the Polish Diabetes Society 2021, prepared by a SOIT (School of Insulinresistance Therapy) specialist.
